With two extrusion facilities and four presses currently in operation, we produce over 90 million pounds of standard and custom aluminum extrusions per year, designed to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
We operate four state-of-the-art extrusion presses, capable of producing shapes with circle sizes ranging from 0.325" to 14" in diameter and extrusions weighing from 0.072 lb./ft up to 18 lb./ft. Our presses offer the flexibility to cut extrusions from 8' to 58' in length, ensuring we can meet a wide range of specifications.

Our automotive presses, ranging from 3600 to 6500 tons, are equipped with auxiliary systems designed for multiple applications, including the production of advanced alloys. Pennex’s quality assurance capabilities include a suite of rigorous testing methods, such as crush testing, flare testing, tensile testing, compression testing, and fold testing. We provide First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) reports, and performance studies to ensure that every product meets our customers' stringent requirements.
We utilize dual-stage, taper billet heating and an advanced quench system to ensure the optimal physical properties of our extrusions. Our 55-foot aging ovens allow us to precisely control the aging process, resulting in consistent, high-quality products that meet the most challenging specifications.

The headquarters of Pennex, which hosts a casting and extrusion facility. The cast facility casts standard and custom alloys in 7, 8, 9, 12 and 14 inch diameters. The extrusion facility houses a 1675T 7-inch Watson Stillman Press as well as a 2500T 8-inch UBE press.
Our extrusion, fabrication and assembly facility that focuses primarily on the automotive industry. The extrusions presses at this location are a 3500T 9-inch Danieli Press as well as a 6500T 12 inch Presezzi Press.
Our cast house produces billet for our Leetonia extrusion facility, as well as our customers. We cast standard and custom alloys in 7, 8, 9, 12 and 14 inch diameters.
York is the fabrication and assembly facility that does all the fabrication and assembly of the extrusions coming out of our Wellsville facility. This facility focuses on sawing, punching, finishing and machining.
